Refund Return Policy

At Gir Prakrutik, we strive to deliver high-quality organic products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
✅ The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
✅ The item is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags intact.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (fresh food items, dairy, etc.).

  • Opened or used products (due to hygiene reasons).

  • Products purchased under clearance or special sale offers.

2. Return Process

  1. Initiate Request: Contact our support team via email or phone with your order details and images of the defective/damaged product.

  2. Approval & Pickup: Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your location.

  3. Inspection & Confirmation: After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it.

  4. Replacement or Refund: Based on the inspection, we will issue a replacement or refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

✅ Refunds will be processed only if the return is approved.
✅ Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank, UPI, card, etc.).
✅ For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (customers must provide account details).
✅ Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective products.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • After Dispatch: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery if eligible.
